Caffe D’Amore Hot Drink Recipes
Makes 1/ 16 oz Beverage

Basic Café Mocha
1- 1 ½ scoops of Bellagio Sweet Ground
1-2 shots of espresso
8-10 oz steamed milk
Dissolve Bellagio Sweet Ground into 8-10 oz steamed milk and add 1-2 shots of espresso. Stir and enjoy!
Ginger Mocha – 12 oz serving
1- 1 ½ scoops of Bellagio Sweet Ground
1-2 shots of espresso
8 oz steamed milk
2 pumps of Monin Ginger syrup
1 tsp ginger bits
Dissolve Bellagio Sweet Ground into 8-10 oz steamed milk and add 1-2 shots of espresso, and ginger syrup. Stir. Top with whipped cream and ginger bits.
Merry Mint Mocha – 12 oz serving
1- 1 ½ scoops of Bellagio Sweet Ground
1 shot of espresso
8 oz of hot whole milk
½ - 1 fl oz of Monin Mint syrup
Dissolve Barista Dark Chocolate mix in hot whole milk. Add espresso and syrup. Top with whip cream and shaved chocolate.
Hot Cocoa – 12 oz serving
Dissolve 1- 1 1⁄2 scoops of Bellagio Sweet Ground into 8-10 oz of steamed milk. Stir and enjoy!
