Delicious Bellagio Gourmet Cocoa Recipes
Delicious Bellagio Gourmet Hot Cocoa - Chocolate Truffle:
Dissolve 1 scoop of Bellagio Cocoa into 8 oz. cup
Fill with 6 oz. of hot water.
Stir until dissolved.
Want a creamier taste? Just add (or substitute) with milk. Delicious!
Iced Chocolate Truffle Cocoa:
1 1/2 scoops of Bellagio Cocoa
4 oz of hot water
12 oz cup of ice
Combine and pour over the 12 oz cup of ice. Stir until chilled
2 QT Batch for Hot Airpot
Fill a 2 qt. pitcher 1/2 way with hot water.
Add 9 scoops of Gourmet Cocoa and stir until completely dissolved.
Fill remaining part of pitcher with hot water and transfer into an airpot for serving. Good up to 8 hrs.
2 QT Batch for Refrigerator
Fill a 2 qt pitcher 1/2 way with hot water.
Add 9 scoops of Gourmet Cocoa and stir until completely dissolved. Fill remaining part of pitcher with ice and store in refrigerator.
To Serve:
HOT - Pour chilled product into a steaming pitcher and steam with espresso machine wand until hot. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
ICED - Pour chilled product over ice into a cup and serve.
FROZEN - Add 1 scoop of Bellagio Cocoa into a blender bowl.
Fill a 16 oz cup with ice and pour chilled product into cup until cup is full.
Pour cup contents into blender and blend 30 seconds or until smooth and completely dissolved.
