SHIPPING:
Please note our policies:
- We only accept US orders via our website.
- Orders are shipped via FedEx.
- Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, subject to availability.
- To guarantee Holiday delivery, please order no later than 10 business days prior to that holiday date.
- A physical address is necessary for product delivery.
- Shipments to multiple addresses are treated as multiple orders and are charged accordingly.
- We do not ship C.O.D. for rush delivery.
- FedEx 1, 2, 3-Day and Saturday Delivery are all available.
- Orders must be placed before 1 pm Pacific time to be able to go out the day they place the order.
- Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may be shipped via USPS or FedEx.
IMPORTANT ISSUE WITH EXPRESS
MAIL: Due to extenuating internal circumstances, we have been
experiencing difficulties sending out orders via Express Mail in a prompt fashion. We
strongly recommend FedEx for expedited shipping. If you must have
Express Shipping Service, your order may take longer than usual. Please call us directly at (800) 999-0171 to speak with a
representative BEFORE placing your Express Shipping order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- International: We currently do not accept international orders via our website. Please call (800) 999-0171 or (626) 792-9146 or email us at mailto:support@caffedamore.com.
- International: Buyer is responsible for any imports, duties, or other added taxes.
- International Tracking: Sorry, due to increased order volume, tracking numbers for International orders are NOT available at this time. We can offer you dates as to when your order shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope it will change soon.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you need to replace or return any of our products, please contact us right away. Please, DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS UNTIL SPEAKING WITH A REPRESENTATIVE TO AUTHORIZE YOUR RETURN. Our toll-free number is 800-999-0171. Unauthorized returns will NOT be processed.
- For problems with ground or whole bean coffee, please make sure to contact us within 10 CALENDAR DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE to arrange for returns. This is due to the shortened shelf life coffee has, so we need to handle these issues quickly.
- To return any other (non-coffee) product of ours, please make sure to contact us within 30 CALENDAR DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. We will gladly replace your product or refund the purchase price upon receipt of returned items. We welcome you to call us at 800-999-0171 for any questions or issues you may have.
